Windows Not Booting From Ssd
Feb 3, 2018 - I built a fresh PC & I am not able to boot my computer with the Windows on the SSD. When initially installing we could see the SSD in the BIOS. I can't properly install Windows 10 on my SSD. I've created an installation drive with the latest Media Creation, and I don't think I did anything wrong. I can select. I was running the dual boot and always chose the win 10 installed on ssd. Later I removed the HDD and it stopped booting from SSD, however even after I returned the HDD, still it won't boot from SSD. Can still boot from hhd, but that's not what I want. I disk part the ssd contains 2 partitions: Partition 1: type reserved 128 MB.

My notebook has 2 drives: SSD and HDD. Originally the SSD was 60gn. It was upgraded to 240gb.

The HDD will be 1000gc. Both runs have a Home windows partition. I wear't know why, since I passed down the notebook from another person. The SSD has Win10 pro, which had been upgraded from Win10 House.
